Mr. Murphy is a Security and
Investigative Consultant for Murphy Associates. Upon leaving U.S. Naval
Intelligence in 1969, Mr. Murphy became a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau
of Investigation. During his 17 year tenure, he specialized in organized crime,
narcotics, and gambling undercover investigations. After leaving the Bureau in
1986, he spent the next six years in private practice providing security
consultation to an international client base. In 1992, he returned to the FBI as
a Special Agent, where he served as an instructor at their National Academy at
Quantico, VA.
Upon retiring from the Bureau, he
received the FBI's highest distinction, the FBI Medal of Valor.
Mr. Murphy currently lectures
internationally on undercover operations and investigations.
Richard
D. Zucchi directs our Technical Surveillance Countermeasures operations and
Explosives Recognition/Hazardous Devices Programs. Mr. Zucchi retired from the United States Secret Service on
December 30, 1991 after serving twenty years.
He served as a Security Specialist assigned to the White House in
Washington, D.C. and the Secret Service field offices in Philadelphia and New
York City. During his career, his
duties included audio countermeasures for the President and Vice President of
the United States and counter-terrorist measures for the President, Vice
President and many foreign dignitaries visiting the United States.
He was also responsible for electronic surveillance and technical
investigation in connection with criminal jurisdictions of the U. S. Treasury
Department.
Mr.
Zucchi served as the security coordinator for many major events such as the
rededication of the Statue of Liberty, the Pope’s visit to Miami and
Washington D.C., and the 40th Anniversary of the United Nations as
well as many others. His duties
took him around the globe both for executive protection and criminal
investigations.
After retiring from the Secret Service, Mr. Zucchi served as
Director of Security and Safety for Radio City Music Hall Productions, Inc. in
New York City.

Mr.
Zucchi is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security
International, the International Association of Bomb Technicians and
Investigators (IABTI) and the Espionage Research Institute.
Jeff Jablon is a Senior Investigator with Murphy
Associates who conducts and manages investigations and has recently began
providing his expert opinion in Police Negligence litigation.
Jeff spent over twenty five years with the NJ State
Police, retiring as a Detective Lieutenant. He spent nine years as a General
Road Duty Trooper and sixteen and a half years as a Detective. His assignments
including the Private Detective Unit, Firearms Investigation Unit, Cargo Theft
Unit, Administrative Sergeant for the State Regulatory Bureau & Technical Unit.
Mr. Jablon was the Unit Head of the Firearms Investigation Unit & Cargo Theft
Unit and the Assistant Bureau Chief of the State Regulatory Bureau.
After leaving the state police, Jeff worked as a Fraud
Investigator in the SIU of Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company and later as
Police Director for the Township of Blairstown.
Mr. Jablon holds an Associates of Arts in Criminal Justice
from Union County College, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from East Stroudsburg
University and a Masters in Educational Administration from Seton Hall
University.
